Rated 4 out of 5 by Proud1sttimemum Great for the price I'm 5' 3" and the bench is a pretty good size for me. My feet reach the ground when seated for inclined bench presses for example, but another one or two inches shorter on the height of the bench would have been perfect.The part to work legs does not flex enough for a full workout of the hamstrings. It's a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. The hamstrings still get a decent workout.The bench overall is quite sturdy. The two tone red and black is quite attractive. The instructions are not accurate, but it was still quite easy to put together.When adjusting the back of the bench to a certain angle, the 'Pin' has to be unscrewed completely, the back inclined at the desired angle, and the pin fully rescrewed. It would have been nice if you could have been able to just partially pull the pin out, slide the back up or down, and the pin pop into place when the desired angle is achieved. Again, not a deal breaker, but a little annoying.Overall, great for the price. 04/16/2013
