Great Water From this item The water where I live in Indianapolis leaves a horrible, destructive buildup on everything. I now only use water, for consumption, filtered from this dispenser. The water taste good, makes great coffee and doesn't destroy the coffee maker like water from the tap did. There used to be a super strong buildup in my pets water bowls that had to be scraped & chiseled off. The water filtered through here does not leave such a buildup. I've been using this product for over a year now, am extremely impressed, and believe it has to be MUCH better for our overall health. It's also very easy to clean. I remember spending a couple of hours researching different brands before I went with the Pur brand. I read all about the popular brands & TV infomercial brands. The bottom line was that Pur was one of the FEW brands that actually removed harmful ingredients. I also learned that we take in just as much, or more, harmful contaminants from showering, so a whole home system is best but I live in an apartment complex. 10/13/2011
Takes Too Long To Filter Water I would give this item five stars because it works great! But the only thing that bothers me about this dispenser is that it takes WAY too long to filter the water through. 04/26/2012
