Rated 1 out of 5 by cdh77477 Poor Quality The bag does not have any supports in the bottom, so it folds in on itself from end to end when you use the shoulder strap. The shoulder saver is too thin on the shoulder strap to do any good. I had the bag for one week before it broke. First one zipper broke off of the main compartment, then the other would not zip the bag closed anymore. It would move on the track, but would not seal the zipper. The teeth on the zipper were also poor quality. Overall, this product is a failure. It isn't worth the $10.00 you pay for it. I was very disappointed with the construction quality. I'll know better than to buy any Protege products next time. 04/02/2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Brienne32 Decent bag I bought this to use as a carry-on to hold my extra stuff when I'm flying home overseas for the summer. I've packed this bag full with more than 20 lbs of stuff and lugged it through multiple airports, and its lasted me from the Caribbean to the States to England back to the States back to the Caribbean. I love that it is collapsible, and its great for overnight trips as well. The shoulder strap is not very comfortable, however, and the last 2 times I've used it, I noticed that when the bag is really full, the zippers break open. I just moved stuff around so that there wasn't as much pressure on the zippers and it was fine for the rest of the trip. As another reviewer has said, there is no support on the bottom and the material is somewhat thin, but I'm happy with its performance so far, and I will use it until it breaks. 01/18/2013
