Works great I got this for my husband who likes very hard cheddar cheese and it is hard to slice it without the cheese crumbling. Not so with this cheese slicer it goes through the cheese with no effort and we can now slice thin slices with no difficulty what so ever. It also works great on the other cheeses we enjoy. 09/12/2011
I bought a similar one on vacation last year as a gift and wished I had bought myself one. Looked at all stores locally and couldn't find one, then found this on line from the same manufacturer. Wanted one that would easily cut in different size chunks and this one really fits the bill. Easy to clean and a perfect size. 01/12/2012
Better than expected This cheese cutter works surprisingly well. It will cut through a large block of cheese. It will cut evenly and also cut quite thin slices. Very much easier than the hand held slicers with a handle. 03/19/2012
