Rated 4 out of 5 by Leeeny Nice waffles Belgiam style! I had just returned the lesser priced GE brand that I used 2x when the plastic hinge piece broke, hopefully procter silex will be worth it. I've only used it once, and selected this one due to online reviews. The little variety of reciepies enclosed was a nice surprise, also. I'm not thrilled with the colors, but I'd rather have tasty waffles instead of the waffle iron becoming unhinged. 01/11/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by hartl Good, Cheap Waffle Maker....Works Really Good !!! We got this waffle maker for Christmas and I have to say....for under $25 bucks, this thing works great. It cooks evenly and works really well. If I had to list the only bad thing...it would be the cooking surface does not come out to clean but all you need to do is wipe it down and all the stuff comes off pretty easily. I sprayed some pam butter on the surface before cooking and nothing stuck to the surface at all and it was real easy to clean. My kids LOVE this thing and want waffles every morning since opening it. I would DEFINITLY recommend this item to anyone looking to buy one. Forget about buying the more expensive ones....there is no need. All you need to spend is the $22.00 for this one and you will not be disappointed. Sorry for such a long review but I hope it helps. Enjoy and HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! 01/01/2012
