The door on the funit is very lite weight, no tension to keep it from just falling as soon as you touch it. So it has to be handled gently 04/10/2012
not as expected its too complicated. why can't you just toast bread without having to punch this and turn on that.i am returning it. 03/01/2012
What I needed, nothing more, nothing less. I just wanted to toast bread (and bagels) and occasionally reheat or broil small items. The controls are not very intuitive but once learned this product works great. 05/15/2012
