great for the price a little too much vibration when just standing on it but went online and found exercises for vibration machines. made a big difference.for example when standing on your toes you can feel it in your stomach.very relaxing for the 10 mins a day that I have used it. really like it so far. 06/08/2011
Not what you expect I bought this after shopping around for a while. i tried one at a home expo. all this does is give you a killer foot vibration masage. Unlike the one at the show gives you a work out in 10 min -equals 1 hr on a tredmil. I ened up taking mine back and getting my $. I decided to just save the $ for the one that works. 05/17/2011
Surprised! After watching the video that jumped I knew it had to be returned. The woman showws several ways to exercise with the unit but it must have never be plugged in because there is absolutely no way your voice wouldn't shake with vibrations. So I guess I am back to the basic gym and workouts. No shortcuts. I am sure it would have be great to use but not for me. It was easy to asemble, though. 05/28/2011
