The ProForm 415 CT Treadmill was designed for results. This treadmill features iFit Workout Card technology. The included card plugs into the console and features eight weeks of workouts with Jillian Michaels, of the television show, The Biggest Loser. You can also maximize your performance with the 16 built-in workout apps. Choose from calorie-burn or distance goals to get the results you want. The ProForm 415 Treadmill features both a 1 mp to 10 mph QuickSpeed control and a 1 percent to 10 percent Quick Incline control. The dual grip EKG heart-rate monitor on this incline treadmill allows you to monitor yourself while you work out. A four-window LED display tracks your speed, time, distance and calories burned, so you can track your progress during your workout. A compatible music port for iPods and MP3 players is paired with an Intermix Acoustics 2.0 sound system, so you can work out to your favorite tunes.

Rated 5 out of 5 Everything I hoped for I have been a treadmill user for 2/3rds of my life and for all of that 2/3rds, had to make due with a hand me down. It was time for me to find a "new" treadmill so I started my research about a year ago. I hesitated having to spend a lot of money and was more than okay to find another used treadmill in great condition. If it wasn't for my husband, I would have settled on a used one but he insisted on me purchasing a brand new one. Anyway, I ordered this one, we picked it up at our local Walmart store. Don't get me wrong, it was a commitment putting it together. It took about 2 hours. All I can say is it is everything I hoped for in a brand new treadmill without having to spend thousands of dollars... yyiipppeeeeee! 02/25/2013
