Rated 5 out of 5 by DarkkRose Good home elliptical I've tried a few home exercise pieces, and this is definitely one of the best I've used so far. The action is very smooth, and I really like the ramp/change in stride. (Be warned, though, the ramp changing heights can be rather loud.)The fan's a bit louder than I expected, and I didn't realize the iFit stuff was something extra - I thought the iFit routines were included with the elliptical.Also, this sucker is heavy, and the space-saving design is much ado about very little. I was expecting to be able to get it out of the way when company comes over, but, really, it just takes up a bit less floor space. It's far too heavy to easily move.All that said - it's a very steady machine, and doesn't rock around a lot or feel like it's going to fall apart. My husband is on the overweight side, and he doesn't have a problem with it, either.And the ramp and resistance options really do help target different areas, and this is much more effective than a standard elliptical which doesn't have these options.All in all I think it's a good machine, if, perhaps, a touch too pricey. 04/29/2011

After returning the first elliptical I bought from walmart (different brand)because I got it home and out of the box just to find the plastic casing was all smashed into peices I got a proform hoping for better luck. I waited a few weeks again to get my proform. Put it together in a few hours just to have the console not registering that I was striding. Called proform and was told to take housing off the back flywheel and adjust the Reed switch. Didn't help! Called back and they said it must be the console. Consoles were out of stock and they couldn't tell me if they would get them in this week or a couple months from now! Great customer service! I did get it after waiting about a month just to find out that this wasn't the problem either. Called them back and this time they said they would send a tech out and that I would get a call from him in 1-5 days! He came a week later and fixed a bad wire. Now there is a banging or thumping noise in the back of the machine!!! Really??? Good luck if you choose to buy anything from this company!!! 06/18/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by EatonPat Love this machine and the transaction with Walmart went smoothly. I was able to put it together with no problems. The machine itself exceeded my expectations. It has many different types of workouts, targeting different areasof the body. It is quiet and tons of fun. The fan is useless but I don't care about that. My only issue is that the shipping box was pretty beat up and 2 pieces of the plastic molding were broken. This was disappointing considering how much money is involved. 06/25/2012
