Primo recommends that you clean the appliance exterior as often as needed with a soft cloth and warm soap and water. You should sanitize the internal reservoirs and lines every three months because bottled water is a food-grade product. This regular maintenance will prevent a mineral buildup from occurring in the reservoirs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ladyskull very noisy I had read the review on how loud this dispenser was, but decided to hear it for myself. The cooler has an annoying,vibrating sound, when the water is filling back up. when it is cooling the water, it is also very loud. I want to return it, but husband says that we will get used to the noise. I am not so sure. If you dont like the annoying sound of a faucet dripping, YOU WILL NOT WANT THIS ITEM. The only good thing is that you can put the water jug in very easily and the days of picking up the heavy 5 gallon jugs and flipping it over on the top of the cooler are over with. I just wish it wasnt so loud. Was thinking about stuffing towels around the inside to deaden the sound. 11/26/2012

We also love how economical it is to fill it up at the grocery store for $1.25 for 5 gallons! The bottle we use is BPA free and we love that also, Before we were heating water in the microwave or stove top for hot tea, Now we just pour and serve. How easy is that!? 07/06/2012
