Rated 5 out of 5★ by jaitaesmom9107 Excellent cage for the money This is a great cage. Easy to put together. Extremely sturdy. Easy, easy, easy to clean. Love the top perch and the safety locks on the door. 12/28/2012
Rated 4 out of 5★ by magsash Black is not black LOVE this cage. I would have given it 5 stars but I think people should know that "Black" is not black - it's more a dark grey. Still gorgeous and a great value. Easy to put together - took me about 30 mins (make sure you don't tighten all the screws down until you are completely done assembling. The directions are not good but fairly easy either way. Some parts were slightly dented but nothing enough to make a difference in look or bird security.Would be even better if there was a third door on the other side large enough to put a bredder box on the cage from the outside. 02/01/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★ by SaintsFan77 Excellent, Only Review Needed... Assembly Help OK here it is... received this cage today. For the money after shopping local retailers. This cage is great looking and feeling especially for the price with free shipping. BTW, shipping was nearly 10 days before the Walmart site said it would arrive. Ordered in black, which is not really black but more a very dark charcoal grey. The color is very nice, and it came with a paint brush and touch up paint if you had a bird that may chip the paint somehow. Not a big deal but thought that was sorta nice. HOWEVER the instructions for assembly of the cage are complete junk. The instructions names and shows item parts that are one, not included and two, not needed. BTW, you do NOT NEED the missing "6 screws 3/8' Flat / Phillips Head" at all to build this. This pictures are so small it is comical and are impossible to determine what size screws should be used where, etc. Don't worry... In fact don't even look at the instructions; it will take you more time to try to read and interpret them then it will to build the darn cage. The assembly of this cage is so simple. It took me and I'm just an average joe when it comes to these items no more than 15 minutes to build. Quick tip, if you have a cordless screw driver or drill with Allen Wrench type heads, get it out it will make the job much quicker. If not the included Allen Wrench will work just fine. Here's the secret... review a quick YouTube video some guy made out there I found that shows you step by step how to build this cage. In fact he shows you a few different cages very similar to this so other models can be found there too. (BTW Walmart website will not allow me to post the link here. My first attempt to send this review was rejected for "sensitive language"? I assume that is the link. However I posted the link in the Videos section of this review. I assume you can find that below this box as it shows while I'm typing.)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44eHt6P2ObMYou can skip the first 3:42 seconds... he just shows the build different cages and how they work etc. Not bad info just not needed to assemble the cage. Anyway, there you go. Open the box, seperate the items out... Don't even LOOK at the instructions. Just watch this video and then assemble. You'll save yourself a ton of frustration, I promise. Hope this helps. 10/09/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★ by CrazyBirdGuy Great cage for the money! After going to the local bird store, I was shocked at how much cages were. This cage has a nicer finish and more features and options than those for half the cost or less than half the cost of the local store.Despite what other reviewers have said about assembly, this thing is a snap to assemble and unless you have no common sense at all, even the seed catcher is a no-brainer. The hardest part is holding it up while getting the screws into it.As other reviewers have noted, my cage did arrive with very minor shipping damage and I was able to use a crescent wrench to work the rail that was bent back to straight. Given the weight, the packaging and the speed at which this thing was delivered, it's a miracle that was the only issue.Cricket (our Pineapple Green Cheek Conure), loves her new cage and she can't open any of the doors, like on that old canary cage she was in that we had to keep shut with zip ties. What an upgrade to that piece of junk. 09/11/2013
