Deffinitly! I own Robos (The smallest Dwarf) and they love it. Cannot Fit through the bars. I would recommend taking out the latters, wheel (buy a new one), and top stories or doing something to their surfaces. Their little feet get caught between the bars.

buy the water bottle from Wal-Mart and use the hook that comes with it!! that is what I use and it works out great!!!

Would it come with a place to put there water?

I think it is WAY too big for a dwarf hamster. I have 2 Syrian hamsters, and they fit in there with more than enough room.

Just right for my hamster , there is more then enough room for my hamster, But I would not use the house that come with the cage, I would buy them another house. I also use a different wheel !!! and yes the leader does fall off, but that is just the hamster playing!! I am always putting it back on!! I have use this product for the last 4 years!!! It is good for the price!! I would buy this on over ant other one. And I have had different ones!!! this one is the best out all that I have had!!!!

I love finches and canaries, but they have a problem........dreaded seed scatter!  It isn't easy to keep the floor and other surroundings free from seed hulls, feathers and other things associated with having birds. I purchased one of these cages because it is a good size for two or three small birds.  After having it for a while I could see how much easier it was to keep the surroundings clean, so I bought a second one.  I removed and donated the hamster wheel and house to a local charity. I am very pleased with these cages and currently have three fledgling canaries happily in one.

This is a pretty good product.  Despite a lack of directions, we figured it out and got it together without too much difficulty.  However, there really should be some.  The wheel and the houses are plastic, which is chewable.  The rest is metal; they should be too.  The ladders are a bit junky; they barely attach and can be knocked-over by the critter.  I modified one of them into a bridge that goes from deck to deck, horizontally. (On the non-hooked side, I clipped the last rung and bent hook from the now-exposed rail.)  The design seems great because the poop should fall right through into the tray and be easily disposed of.  However, it would have been nice if it came with two more accessories, a water bottle and a food dish, that were easily connected to the cage.

I'd definitely recommend it!

Second time to order. First time, face lotion was delivered. Second time, came bent and bottom plastic pice smashed.

I was looking for more ground space for my dwarf hampster. This gives him lots of room to insert his exercise disk.  Unfortunately the design is terrible!   The top  wire “layers” are useless. The stairs aren't meant for little feet to climb and the vertical direction of the wire cage make it impossible to hold a water bottle.  Disappointed

What a waste of money. I was so excited to get this for my hamster but is not what I expected. Missing multiple pieces?? It didn't bring anything to keep the houses in place. The pieces of the wheel did not fit together, it was missing a piece I believe. It came without instructions.  I gave 2 stars because the concept is good. Too bad the results were terrible.

love the ideal of this cage, but not when I am always fixing the stairs or if not they just fall off the ledge.... taking the cage back too much $$ for this.

Returned for a refund. Too small, even for a hamster. No instructions. Missing bottom wire piece (which shouldn't be used anyway), a piece was broke on one of the ladders. The wore pieces didn't fit into the base that great either. Would not recommend.
