Rated 4 out of 5 it's pretty good once we got it to stop leaking, it worked fine.... thank goodness my husband is a plumber and knows about these things and was able to stop the leaks....now it's great to have good tasting water. 11/11/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Cammoose Great Alternative to Bottle Water! I simply love my new Watts countertop water filter and now I don't have to lug in heavy cases of water. I recommended this product to everyone. 03/28/2014
Rated 5 out of 5★ by rareblend Great for making tap water safe to drink Anything you make using water is so much better with filtered water. I have been using this same type of filter for years. 12/03/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★ by amale It's so easy that a six year old can hook this up. After reading a review on here, I was concerned it would leak. That's when I inquired around and was told the O ring below the threads will stretch and start leaking if I mistakingly put petroleum jell or vegetable oil on it. Was told to just make sure I purchase a small tube of faucet grease to put on the O ring. I did, and I never had a leaking problem. It also took common sense to make sure it wasn't cross threading when spinning the housing on. It doesn't take a plumber to do that. Ice cubes now taste great and I now love drinking water. 07/28/2014
Rated 5 out of 5★ by preveiw Runs really fast. Fills a bottle fast. Wish I had this a long time ago. Spent a lot of money on those others. You had to wait forever to fill a bottle. Not with this. Works Great. 05/21/2014
Rated 3 out of 5★ by slowcumn too soon for a proper review. product looks good. if the chrome faucet diverter supplied will not screw directly on to the outside of your faucet; than it may take a little effort to use the faucet adaptors supplied to adjust them to work (I used a wide flat screw driver to tighten ) & not leak & than you have to screw on the main chrome diverter to the adaptor. the vinyl tubing connected to a fitting connected to the base of the filter leaked @ the entrance to the fitting. I pushed the vinyl tubing in towards the fitting & the leak stopped. next the chrome spout has 2 O-rings @ the base which is connected to an elbow @ the filter base was leaking; so I pushed down on it & this stopped it leaking. finally, the filter housing assembly has an large O-ring @ its base & needed tightening to stop the occasional water drippings. over-all it looks like its worth your money!!! 08/05/2014
