The Power Wheels Dune Racer 12-volt battery-powered ride-on is a wonderful vehicle that offers hours of fun. It can seat two children easily and offers a comfortable ride. The Power Wheels Dune Racer features an open cockpit design that adds to the comfort level. The kids' ride-on boasts large off-road tires and provides a maximum speed of 5 mph. It has two forward speeds and one reverse speed. Parents can lock out the high-speed setting as a safety measure for beginners. The power lock brakes add to the safety of this Power Wheels Dune Racer 12-volt battery-powered ride-on. The battery-powered riding toy comes with a 12-volt battery and charger. Once it is completely charged, the vehicle can run for 50 minutes at a time. It is recommended for children above 3 years old.

He ends up sitting somewhere around the middle instead of in the drivers seat. Other than that, he loves driving it through the grass around the back yard. 04/29/2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Momma3Boys You won't be disappointed! This vehicle is great. We own 2 other power wheel vehicles (Silverado, Peg-Pergo John Deere Tractor) and this is by far the best of the 3. It was rather easy to assemble. My husband, whom is not exactly a 'handy-man', was able to put it together in approx 1 1/2 hrs. As stated in many other reviews the turning radius is not great but we have a large yard so it's not an issue for us. I am sure they have designed it this way on purpose, as to avoid tipping it over easily with a sharp turn. **In order to make the vehicle go at the faster speed you must remove the screw that is located just to the left of the gear shifter.** It's states this in the directions but is easy to overlook. 04/13/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by JaxonsMommy Its tough especially for being so cheap.. This was a Christmas present for my 4yr old. He likes to ride in it with my nieces (2 & 6). My Sister and I were both really surprised with it. I drove my 2 year old niece around and it still had a decent amount of power and im about 150lbs. It does well on hardtop, gravel, and grass. My mom has a carport in her drive way and the metal frame tubing is about 2 inches tall and i didn't expect the car to be able to crawl over it but it did like it wasn't even there.. the kids love it.. i wish i'd had one when i was little.. 04/12/2012
