Pound of Love is perfect! I prefer to use pound of love when making baby blankets because it's just enough yarn to make the perfect size baby blanket. If it is ever short I usually by a smaller skein and use a different color to make a boarder but for the most part, pound of love has always been the perfect amount of yarn. It's also the perfect softness for babies. I've even made a throw using two pounds of love for myself and I love it! Where I live the selection of yarn isn't the best so being able to order pound of love and having it delivered to me at home is nice. 04/10/2011
real soft yarn I would reccomend this yarn to everyone that knits or crochets....so soft and i made a baby blanket out of this ..I cant say enough about this yarn. I wish there had been another box for meets expectations , i would have rated it more than meets my expectations. 12/12/2011
Alright for practice This yarn is alright for practice but anything else I'd stick with the yarn shop 10/21/2011
Too coarse for a baby. This yarn did not meet my expectations for softness. Although I'm making something for myself and not a baby, I have found many other yarns that are softer that are NOT baby yarn. I would not recommend this for someone looking to buy yarn for a baby blanket or clothing. But if you want it for an adult, it would be okay, but not the best. 03/21/2012
