So easy to use. Works great on my above ground pool. This is the 2nd one I have owned. I am a big fan.

Great vacuum.

We had a lot of debris and dirt in the bottom of our pool before we
were able to get the winter cover on it. We needed a vacuum that could
get it out without getting in the freezing cold water. The Pool Blaster Max
did and great job... Glad we found it.

This vacuum works does a better job at getting the debris better than our pool vacuum. Perfect for getting the leaves out of the pool too.

I wish it has better suction. Works ok. Picks up stuff at the bottom of the pool, but leaves stuff in deeper cracks. Annoying. Also the charger is confusing and sometimes lights up. Sometimes doesnt. I called and they said this is normal and the chargers sometimes have issues. Also it doesnt stay red when not charged and green when charged. It randomly flashes (They say to save battery) (ummm but it plugged in. Don't need to save battery if it'sPlugged in) So for the price I think they should figure this out.   Overall Im not sure what else I could use in a 15 foot pop up pool.

Charger issues and sucking power isnt amazing

I have only used it a few times. Ignore the MFG claims that it's for all cleaning jobs and the filter holds a lot of debris. I bought it knowing it most likely was only for slight to moderate dirty pool vacuuming jobs. The filter bag is small so no way it can vacuum well with it jam packed like MFG claims. The suction even fully charged is so-so. You have to go over the same area several times in some cases. You have to empty the filter bag frequently for good suction. However, very convenient for spot or light/small debris cleaning. Since it doesn't use the pool to work, you can do it with the pool off which makes it easier to see where you need to vacuum. Worth the money if it lasts at least 4 years without needing major repair. TIP: night before charge it and brush pool/walls into the deep end. Then all you need to do is the deep end.

This newer model is so much better than the previous model, which I have gone through three. It has a button for the on/off, rather than the old model which had a knob. I hope it lasts longer than the others [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I would buy this product again

After charging  up for the first time I was able to clean the pool for about an hour. I purchased micro-filter bags, and re-charged the battery. On the second use, it started up, but stopped working once it was submerged into the pool. It will not re-start. I have only used it one time. I have purchaed this product before, and it worked great for two years, so I did not hesitate to buy it again. I am disappointed I will now have to go through the hassle of returning it to the manufacturer for repair. I destroyed the box after the first use, not anticipating a problem. The warranty info specifically states to return in original packaging. We'll see what they do when I call them tomorrow.

Great cleaner, but battery issue

I actually loved this product when I first bought it. Unfortunatly, the rechargeable battery only lasted one year. There isn't a way to replace the battery. I would recommend if buying this product to buy the warranty so that the manufacturer would have to replace the battery. I haven't decided to buy another or to try another brand. It was nice not having to pull out all the hoses to clean the pool. I also recommend, like the other reviewer, to sweep to the deep end and clean!

We were very pleased with our first purchase of this vacuum. It lasted through 2 seasons. When we took it out of storage for the 3rd season, the battery would not charge. Luckily we had purchased Sam's Club extended warranty. It took a little more than a week for them to decide to send us a full refund. We purchased the same vacuum and had nothing but problems. We attempted to use it a few times, and it wouldn't hold a charge. The most time we got out of the battery was about 20 minutes. One time it died after about 15 seconds. This is after being plugged in for a full charge. We ended up returning the product. We were very disappointed and have spent too much time trying to get this vacuum to work, and time waiting for shipping of product. All the while, we are not able to enjoy our pool.

Mixed Results (Satisfied then Very Disappointed)
