Rated 5 out of 5 by Ilovedogs22 Great for basic working out I had a Mio and decided after it went kaput I decided to give the Polar a try. I prefer the Polar for the fact that I don't have to stop my workout to touch the watch to take a reading. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone. I'm still trying to figure out how to set it to my individual settings but for now I am using the preprogrammed info. 11/14/2012
