You don't need electricity, just add ice and rock salt in one end and ice cream mix in the other and have a ball as you shake it, pass it or roll it! Fun and Functional We bought this for our grandsons' birthday, but the adults ended up rolling it around--not because the kids didn't want to but because it was so much fun. I'm going to buy one for our house too.It takes a few times to get the hang of it. I would recommend letting it sit for ten minutes after the thirty minutes of rolling to let it freeze all the way through. 08/28/2010
