Great Bluetooth! I know it's big, but believe or not that helps to make it soooo comfortable. I can bend, move, etc. and it doesn't feel like it's going to fall off. The best thing to me with the PLUS is I can also listen to my music on my blackberry Torch. Their customer service is great also. I would have given it 5 stars, but they don't last as long as I'd like for the money. This is my second in about one year. In all fairness to Plantronics, though, I didn't try to see if they could fix it. Until they produce a new one I will continue to buy this very one. 07/09/2011
Love it My husband got one last year and used it all day 6 days a week for the year he had it. Of course with that much use it broke so we got what worked best a new one. I can hear him great when he calls me. (Other ones we tried I could never hear him or him me). 08/31/2011
