Good to go Good product. Hands free operation made even easier with the amplfier. The ability to mute calls with the push of a button from the amplifier is a breeze. Also, switching back and forth between handset and headset could not be simpler.I do have a slight tone in the background, which I haven't been able to get rid of with adjustments, but that could be user error. Callers do not hear this tone, so all is good.Overall, I would say this is a much better choice than a cheap headset with controls on a wire. I recommend this to anyone who works from home office. 03/07/2009
Get the upgrade!!! Purchased this product for work at home. I hooked it up to 2 different phones, two different brands, and it still didn't work. I could hear fine but the other person couldn't hear me. I bought the upgrade, Plantronics T10 Corded Headset Telephone - works like a charm! No telephone needed. Shop around for the best price...you can get it for not much more than this one...or less. 05/12/2011
Big Ol Letdown i waited for a week to save up to get this product for work. it is at no point clear on the fact that with each call you have to pick up the hand receiver and place it to the side. not to mention when you do this you get a big hiss and feedback. very cheap construction. 12/20/2010
Great Deal and Product This headset has been a great addition to my office equipment. I have a nice AT&T office phone, but it was very hard to hear some clients over the headset. I couldn't turn up the phone headset any further and decided to try this Plantronics set. It is 110% worth the money and has made my job so much easier. I don't have to say "Could you repeat that please?". Love it! 02/21/2011
