She loves it, but we didn't open it until today (12/28) because we just bought a hamster today. It's perfect for a dwarf hamster. I think a normal sized hamster would be too cramped in it. My only complaint is that the "floor" piece that separates the top portion from the tray was cracked so I had to superglue it. I didn't want to mess with taking it back to the store. I wish now that I had opened when it was picked it up from Wal-Mart, but we'll make it work. 12/28/2009

My person bought me this cage in blue like her room and let me tell you why I like it...1) its plastic so it doesnt let in drafts2) It comes with a wood chew3) the wheel has a tray underneath so when I go potty in my wheel its easier for my people to clean 4) it has two bowls built into the shelf5) its fun to burrow under the shelf6) I like my towerBut why I dont like it is...1) its perfect for me now but when I get big i think it will be a little small2) the shelf was missing a hole to snap it on the base so my person had to drill one inOh and also my person connected a superpet cage on with tubes for more space and I LOVE that. Rated 2 out of 5 by klassic Great looking cage, easy to chew through. My daughters were so excited when we got this cage for their 2 hamsters. The could see them running around and exploring everything. It was a great cage for about 3 weeks. Then one of the hamsters started chewing the plastic on one of the corners. She would not stop. Per recommendations we started adding different types of chew "toys" to the cage. But those only seemed to distract her for a day or so. Then she was back to chewing on the cage. The hole was getting bigger and bigger, and after a few weeks it was as big as pictured below. We had no choice but to move them back to the glass aquarium cage that they were in before. I wish I didn't waste my money on this cage. 12/22/2009

We all love the cage.it took our long haired hamster a while to get to the top dome she a little bigger cause of the extra hair and it was hard for her to get up there. now she wiggles her way up and likes it.the only thing i dont like is the wheel is really noisy.i put some veggie oil on it to help but it still has a thump to it.other than that its great. 02/27/2009
