I love this eyeliner! It is much easier to apply than other liquid eyeliners as it has a very fine point. It also last through it all... sweat, rain, water, etc, but come off easily with makeup remover. I thought it was a bit "pricey" but when I went to Ulta, I saw a Lorac eyeliner that was exactly the same as this for $35, so I think the $10 price tag is well worth it!

I hate to give this product a low rating because I loved it when I first use it. It was very pigmented until two days later, it stop working!
I tried few days later again, it worked well, but when I start to apply my other eye, it stopped working again! I've noticed this same scene happening again and again; it makes me feel so frustrated that I need to write my first Walmart review!
I even ran it couple times in my hand, but it still shows nothing!
I would be more satisfy if this can be exchanged, and would give this a 5 stars.
I'm so unlucky; I totally wasted 10 bucks!!!
Never again!
