This product has given me nothing but problems I have returned my portable DVD players twice already and am about to return a third set. They work for about a month to two months, and then problems start to arise. The main monitor works well but the secondary monitor keeps shutting off! 10/09/2011
Very easy installation This is our second time with this product. The first one stopped playing dvd's after a very short period of use. Although the return policy took time I am very happy with how nicely Philips handled it. I had to get them my receipt and then they mailed me a new one and I mailed the old one back, no cost to me. I hope the new one holds up because before this model we had a different brand that took quite a bit of time to install. This is so simple and done in no time. It takes more time getting it out of the package than actually installing it. One con would be that it isn't very loud. We can't listen to the radio (even on low) while the kids are watching something. We just got a splitter for the headphones and the kids listen like that. 10/09/2011
