I highly recommend this energy light! I had found during the Fall & Winter months an increasing sluggishness in my mornings & days.I had a very difficult time getting going in the mornings & often found myself fighting the desire to take a nap or go to sleep later in the day as well.A friend told me about her energy light & how well it worked for her, so I thought I would give it a try.I am amazed!!!!I LOVE my energy light & can't live without it, it's part of my morning routine & keeps me going throughout the day.I highly recommend this energy light & the other energy lights by Phillips as well, they are all wonderful, very effective lights.Thank you Philips, you have helped make my life so much more energy filled! 03/20/2012
Very Portable I suffer yearly from the winter blues and Seasonal Affective Disorder. I either use the energy light as I get ready in the morning, or use it when I get to work first thing. If I don't use it in the morning- I notice. I cannot live without this product during the winter months- especially when it comes to the shortest and darkest days of the year. I have started out with one of the smaller energy lights, but would love to try the other, larger lights as well. I reccommend this product to anyone suffering from S.A.D. as well! 12/08/2011
