Nice system ... very happy! I read all of the review for this and several other iPod docking systems and very happily picked this Philips system. Speakers sound great. Easy to use. Remote works well. It would be nice if the remote was able to control the iPod. It would also be nice if the backlight was dimmer as it's too bright for my son at bedtime, even at the lowest setting. We turn the light off at night. We're going to put automotive window tint over the area to see if that would help because we'd like to be able to tell what time is in the dark. 02/29/2012
