perfect, flawless I have a 1996 Ford Taurus with a cassette deck, i picked up this Philips for 10 bucks, put it in my cassette deck and connected it to my iPod shuffle, sounds as good as a cd, i crank up the volume on my iPod, and have my receiver volume set to 1/3 it rocks!!! btw, it will let you play any audio device with a headphone jack or line out. 01/25/2010
Best Cassette Adapter on the Market!!! After trying the highest rated cassette adapters from Sony to Monster, I read about this Philips model here: http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/reviews/entry/philips-ph2050w-mp3-cd-cassette-adapterIt had the highest rating of all cassette adapters and I have to concur that sound quality is head and shoulders above any of the others. Don't mess around with anything else, this is THE cassette adapter to get. 09/07/2009
Cassette Adapter Since we have a cassette player still in our car, this works wonderfully for playing our mp3 players instead of hunting for stations on the radio! Granted it only lasts a couple of years (we are on our second one), but for the price it is well worth it... 06/19/2009
If you car's stereo is broken My car has a problem so my review goes with the problemIt works well in other cars but in my particular car, the 2000 Toyota RAV4, it makes a clicking sound that all tapes make when played in my car in particular. But the cassette adapter works well in other cars.So if your car naturally screws up regular cassettes, its still going to act funny with this. Because my car makes clicking sounds, it can skip every couple of minutes. 09/28/2009
