    DO NOT BUY THIS.....THIS DIDN'T WORK AND I TOOK IT BACK THE SAME DAY I PURCHASED IT! 04/21/2012
    Highly disappointed Unfortunately, Philips did not put a very fast processor in this unit. As a result, all actions require at least a 5 second delay for the unit to respond. When playing a blue-ray disc, expect to wait about 2-3 minutes for the unit to actually load the disc. Moreover, the Netflix program on the unit is more like "Netflix Lite". Only the instant que can be accessed by this machine--it does not even have a Netflix search function. If you have very many movies in your instant que, then it takes approximately 5 minutes for Netflix to actually load the instant que. The only positive that I have found is that it does have 1000 watts of power and the sound quality is very good. 02/02/2012
    Not such a great deal My wife got this for me as an early birthday present. I opened it up and went to work hooking it all up. This thing was a total piece. Theres no clear setting for sound coming from the tv. It uses digital coax audio in so if your tv sound output in digital optical you have to get a $20 adapter and even then the sound is so quiet its not even worth it.There are no sound settings for bass, treble, and such. The subwoofer doesnt have any power settings either. The speaker wires are hard wired to the speakers and have those stupid plugs that plug into the receiver. In other words, you cant easily add speaker wire if you need more distance.Not worth the trouble. Ended up exchanging it for a different unit. 12/17/2011
    Bad Audio Output- Surround sound does not work The surround sound for most case is 2.1. Good for the price if you don't care for the music(which I doubt with anybody) 12/08/2011
