Fun for play and storage Although I thought that my new kittens would love this cube, they only played in it briefly and sporadically, until I turned it so that the entrance is facing up. Now they are always hopping in and out of it and sleeping inside. I was a little disappointed in how quickly it flops on its side, but turning the entrance up has stabilized it. Also, I find that throwing other cat toys in here is great for storage and the kittens love finding them. 12/11/2008
comfy dog bed I have an 11 year old yorkie that needed her own bed. Since she's older I don't want her to jump on and off of our bed so I bought the kat kube hoping that she would like it and she did! It was love at first sight! She got right in as soon as she saw it, cuddled up and went to sleep. We are both thrilled!!!! I'm going to purchase another one as a spare. Thanks!!!! 01/10/2009
Kitty Kube (or toy storage) I bought this to replace the box my cats like to sometimes sleep in. So far they seem to like it.What I liked about this particular cube was the somewhat fashionable/stylish fabric color and pattern. It looks like wicker. (I am not a fan of the goofy "cat" prints they usually like to use...you know: kitty paws, fishies, kitties, odd colors etc. also not a fan of carpet covered furniture). I know there are websites that sell stylish looking kitty accoutrement, but those are usually way too expensive.One thing I don't like about this cube is that it tends to tip over when they are inside if you don't have it leaning against something. Also, it's made of foam, so they can't stand on top of it. Not a big deal really - it's mostly for sleeping and privacy. Other than that, I'd say it is well made, doesn't look like it will fall apart anytime soon, if at all. 05/02/2010
