It was fun to read Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons while using the puppet to illustrate. Some reviews said the puppet is not well made, but I thought it was great size and form. My nephews love it, and so do I.

It is always wonderful to have additional resources to keep the childrens attention during storytime. Pete the Cat is a favorite and when I saw this I new I had to have it. The children just pick the cat up and start singing Pete's song.

Pete is cute but I wish the buttons can be held by yarn for removal.

Four groovy buttons

Only one button is detachable and all 4 need to be! My puppet had a hole in the seam where his shirt and head meet.
He is very hard to use, cannot get your fingers into the head easily and his body is too floppy.
