Outstanding value in a pet barrier This product is built like a Swiss watch, with excellent materials, finish, and assembly. The adjustable size range covers any SUV, van, or car, and its large rubber feet and padded overhead bar prevent damaging the floor boards or headliner when installed. There are many similar designs on the market, but this one is the best. Take it from a retired product design engineer. 06/11/2011
Swiss watch? Maybe not so much. However it is adequate. The one problem I have with this product is that it has left a dark smudge on the headliner where it contacts. I suppose that any model is going to do the same where it contacts the ceiling. Perhaps it is a good idea to wrap the rubber contact area with some sort of material that will not smudge. 09/02/2011
dstny I feel this is a great advantage to have, it angles well in the way back of my chevy tracker and is strong and derable. My dog doesn't like it but he will have to get used to it. I am the boss, but I do find it hard to get used to looking through the rearview mirror and seeing it. I have not gotten used to it being there yet. Other then that I think it is great to keep my dog away from the groceries and his two feline sisters when they are in the car. I highly recommend this barrier. 03/31/2012
