Very complicated to set up product but helpful... I like this product because I just bought a small puppy and this product had an opening top w/it so I can pet and comfort my little one at night.However, my husband and I went crazy trying to get this product set up. It was very difficult and after 40 minutes we gave up.My hubby worked on it next day and finally got it up. However, we're very concerned of folding it up again...and going another 10 rounds to get up again. 12/06/2010
