Roscoe Hates it I only didn't recommend it is because My Dog hates it.. He always seems to get out of it.. Maybe if your dog doesn't mind wearing coats, then it might be a great raincoat. Since he didn't mind wearing clothes, I figured he wouldnt mind the jacket.. 04/08/2012
