I bought it to symbolize my twin boys who's birtday is in August. I love the fact that the gemstones are heart shaped, the same size, and that I could personalize it with their names. I would recommend this to anyone, as it's not just for couples, but for anyone. I think the necklace is cute but the size of the engraved names are different. One of the names is smaller then the other in size ... if both names were the same size then I would be totally satisfied with this necklace. 04/01/2011
