Rated 5 out of 5 by trvtrekker durable - best value I actually bought these as bands to assist me with my pull-ups. YES! I tied this to my pull-up bar and rested my foot on the handle to do chin-ups. Without much thinking I picked this up at the local Walmart as they were very economical. Now having worked out for several months I want to start P90x and read about several bands on Amazon, Almost all of them have broken for several people doing regular workouts and how this band has served me is amazing. I have been abusing it and the bands are nowhere near their breaking point. Awesome value for the money. I am going to use them for my P90x too. 08/31/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by F8c3TheMusic Solid Resistance Band System! I'm pleasantly surprised with these resistance bands! Comes with 3 bands, mesh bag, handles of course, some manuals, and the door anchor. I tried everything out and it works very well. The handles don't have any metal parts which is good IMO. Nothing to bend or break and you can loop the handles and bands over just about anything (they have stitched loops at each end instead of metal rings). For the price, DEFINITELY worth it I'm happy. So far so good. 09/04/2012
