No padding so comfort is OK, not fantastic.A little flimsy, NOT FOR BASKETBALL USE. I use for basketball to keep fingers out of my eyes which I still feel they will work for, but a swipe for the ball caught my face and snapped them right off so I am buying 3 new pair...same night a friend took a shoulder to his Rec Specs and needed 20 stitches to his nose and forehead. Can't imagine these would do worse. 02/02/2010
