Great cutting board I ordered 2 different cutting boards and picked up at the store......I was very disappointed in the condition of this board, it had a deep scratch on the front side, but did not notice it prior to leaving the store. I kept it and flipped over to other side, but I think that if you order a product online that it should be in NEW condtion. 10/21/2011
