Love these These skillets are great. The color is fantastic.. they are holding up great. I use them everyday. To keep them from getting scratched up I just put a line of paper towels between them before I stack them. Keeps them looking like new.. and clean up is a breeze. I never put them directly in water after they've been hot, I let them cool first. And I never over heat them while cooking!! 05/18/2009
