Dull knives Looks great, handle has good grip and feels right, but doesn't cut. Unbelievably dull for a new knife! After reading all of the good reviews I was excited to purchase it at a great price. I was disappointed when I try to cut vegetables with it. I have the Chicago cutlery santoku knife that cuts vegetables easily without force but the handle was rough so I thought this PD santoku would solve that problem for me. It has the opposite problem. I return it. 05/20/2012
