The alphabet rules the party with the Party Favors - 12-pack Alphabet Rulers Set. This multicolored set includes 12 rulers with the letters of the alphabet cut out in uppercase. The alphabet stencils also include a heart or star stencil on one end that can be used to attach the balloons to gifts or nametags for place settings. Rated 4 out of 5 by k052891 These are ok for goodie bags I got these to use in goodie bags and unfortunately, the tops of all of the rulers aren't all star cutouts- there are heart cut outs as well. Because of this, I wont be able to just throw them into bags and give them out blindly, Ill need to separate boys bags from girls bags. Aside from that, they come in great colors, and are sturdy and worth the money. 03/23/2013
