I "bump" my hair allll the time and it holds so well that all I need is a couple quick sprays and it's good for the whole day so the can goes alooong way. Like i said, MAX hold so when your praying you have to spritz it very lightly and quick otherwise it WILL look oversprayed. 09/19/2012
