slow commands works great except it takes commands from the remote and buttons really really slow, sometimes doesnt even recognize it at all. tried the buttons on the frame itself but same result, works great out of the box tho with default settings. 12/24/2011
I have ordered and returned this product twice. When the first one came, it would not respond to commands from the remote control. As with many electronic products today, many commands are only available on the remote control.I returned the first one and ordered another one. The second one did not work at all.Given these experiences, I cannot recommend buying the **refurbished** Pandigital digital photo frame. I am not able to offer any comment on buying the new (not refurbished) Pandigital digital photo frame. 12/23/2011

The refurbished digital picture frame came well packaged and looked like brand new. It has worked flawlessly so far and displays a large, bright, clear picture. We are very pleased we took a chance on this refurbished product. 12/22/2011
