HAVE TO BE RETURNED I have only had this iron for a couple of months. The water leaks out when I have it on steam and it turns itself off when I am ironing. Today it spurted brown water all over my white pants. I will be returning this item and purchasing another. I don't want to take a chance that the next iron will have the same kind of problems. It's a wonderful iron I loved this iron it’s worked very good , it’s easy to use so first read the instruction carefully . I recommended this iron , it’s a great product. 08/11/2009
totally not worth the money This is a terrible iron. It drips water all over the clothes and instead of shooting a "spray" of water it "shoots a stream about 3 feet" totally missing the clothes. I've only used it 3 times but I already know I will be returning this iron today. 07/09/2010
IRON A waste of money! Do not buy. Looks and feels well built, but the thermostat or what ever function that controls the temperature is defective. Will continue to cut off and will not reach the optimum temperature to iron. This is not the exact model that i purchased (I payed a great deal more for a "better" model). 11/27/2010
