Still can't scan Printer works great! The copier is super fast! I LOVE the feeder tray for copying!For some reason, every All-in-One I've owned (except for an HP) has always had problems setting up the scanner software. There is a customer service number to call with support questions, but I haven't had the chance to call yet.Like other laser printers, the toner automatically gets "stirred up" several times per day...it's a little loud and makes everyone in my house but me jump...not having worked in offices for years, they're not used to it.Overall, I think this machine is going to be great for my family's printing needs... 05/17/2011
Excellent value This all-in-one is the best I've ever used. It's fast! Fast at printing, fast at scanning, fast at making copies. I had no idea just how fast 24 ppm was. And it's also fast to receive the print from my computer. My old hp laserjet seemed to take forever to actually start to print from once I sent it to the printer.I've had this printer for just about a month now and I am running into one problem, I'm having trouble finding toner.Also, I don't care for the scanning software, but I can use windows software. 11/20/2011
OK, if you want only B/W printing Returned to Walmart due to having ordered the wrong printer - my fault. I had wanted a COLOR laser printer that had only print & scan features w/o the fax, but this one turned out to be black & white printing printer only. 10/31/2011
NOT MAC COMPATIBLE!!! Purchased this product from Walmart.com after having been impressed with the quality of Panasonic's electronics for several years. I use Apple computers in the form of an iMac and MacBook Pro (both running 10.6.6 at the time of purchase). Being the type who exhaustively researches electronics before purchasing, I was given the impression from both the Panasonic and Walmart websites (as well as some online user reviews) that this MFP was compatible with OS 10.6.x. You know what they say about what happens when you assume. After two hours with Panasonic and Apple tech support and speaking with several IT professional friends, I finally returned the all-in-one to my local store for a refund. That experience, however, is a tale for another day. Purchased an HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP from Staples, on sale for $170. Worked like a charm!!! 01/24/2011
