I purchased two shavers to see if one was better than the other. I purchased the Conair Infinity for $35. and the Panasonic Close Curves ES2207 for $20. I tried the Conair first thinking the Conair brand would be better. It was almost like using an epi-lady product, it was pulling my hair out, rather than smoothly removing it. I then used the Panasonic. I was immediately impressed. The hair was removed effortlessly, and without pain or affecting my skin. This razor doesn't state it can be used in the bikini area, but I can state it does a very clean job, again without irritation to the skin. I am contemplating buying another to keep in the closet to replace this one in a few years time. It is that nice of a product. I have used a Remington previous to this purchase, and was satisfied. However, this Panasonic outshines my previous shaver, and costs half the price!

This is my 2nd purchase of this brand of razor. I dropped and broke the original after owning it for a little over 4 years. I had no hesitation about which one to replace the broken one with. The new one is even better than the one I broke, if possible. Shaves lasts longer, is smoother at the beginning and the price is terrific. I can't say enough good things about this razor. Would make a great first razor for a teen or a replacement razor for an experienced shaver. Updated color is super also. You'll never regret this purchase.

I read a lot of reviews before deciding on purchasing this razor. The only other time I had an electric razor is when I was a girl - a Lady Shick, remember those? So I really don't have anything to compare it to. As I've gotten older, I have more and more problems with hair on my chin and upper lip. I've been using a disposable razor for it, and they are really hard on your skin, so thought I'd try an electric. Creams burn me and I'm not about to spend all day tweezing (ouch!). This is a wet/dry razor, but I think it does a better job dry and is easier to keep clean. It does a wonderful job on my legs and underarms and a passable job on my chin and upper lip. Not as close as a disposable, but close enough and with no irritation. I did have to learn how to manipulate the razor for my upper lip - at first it wasn't getting anything, and I didn't think the pop-up trimmer was doing the job. By stretching my lip and using the flat of the razor, it really does a good job. Oh, and it's pretty too! I've been using it over a week and haven't had to recharge yet.

    • A. Just charged - you plug in the charger and then set the razor in the charger. Once charged, it will go several days without having to charge it again.

Reading the reviews, I am confused as to whether or not this shaver comes with a charger or only uses batteries. Description is unclear because it just says "cordless." Please let me know.

    • A. Comes with charger. It is a small square charger. I plug it into the outlet and set my shaver there for storage. It is always ready to use and charged. No batteries.

    • A. yes, it is cord-less--that is what is so great about it...you don't have to worry about the dangling cord and cord getting in your way...you can shave anywhere you want to since it's cordless. The charger is just a square cube-like a block, that plugs into the wall outlet and you clip the shaver right onto it and it recharges--a very very nice feature...would highly recommend this product--that is a great feature.

    • A. It comes with a charger that plugs right into the outlet and then you place the shaver on it. The charge is little bigger than an IPhone charge. It is a cordless charger.

    • A. Comes with a charger that plugs into the outlet. Does not have a "charging stand" with a cord to plug in, so the charging stand itself takes up one outlet plug itself.

    • A. Only if you shave with a blade first. (Long hairs cause painful pulling.) Use this razor for touch-ups between shavings. It is very effect for touch-ups and could be used from then on, thus eliminating the need to shave with a blade after the initial shave.

    • A. Most definitely- just make sure your skin is dry- so the razor glides smoothly. I just dust that area with a little baby powder first and it is perfectly smooth! No bumps or red spots afterwards either!

    • A. Yes. That's the whole reason I bought it. Just be very careful with the trimmer part. The blades are super sharp so if you aren't careful it can nick your skin. I use the full razor with the trimmer down and it does a nice job. It's not going to give you a cut like a throw away razor will, those get much closer to the skin. But it'll still be nice and smooth, MUCH LESS irratation. Ignore the manuel though, it so go 'against the grain' with the arrow diagram. Yeah, don't do that. Shave normal.

    • A. Yes. Because of sensitive skin I can only use an electric for that and my underarms. Worked great. I would suggest making the hair shorter with the trimming edge before using the razor head though. I haven't tried it on any longer hair.
