The Panasonic NI-W750TS 360-Degree Quick Multi-Directional Iron with anti-calcium system is loaded with features to make ironing easier and more efficient. This steam iron is ergonomically designed with a multi-directional, curved soleplate to ensure smooth, normal movement in any direction. The plastic handle is comfortable to hold, letting you press clothes for a long time. The Panasonic steam irons soleplate is coated with titanium to help you press your clothes fast. The auto shut-off feature has a mercury-free electronic sensor, which switches off the iron after ten minutes if it is in vertical position. You can easily check the water level in the see-thro water tank. The 1500-watt quick steam iron comes with both dry and steam operation to suit your varied requirements. You can choose either spray or mist with just a push of a button. With five fabric settings to choose from, you can be assured that you are using the right temperature for your clothing.

so far, so good I've only used it a couple of times, but it handles very nicely. I am concerned that it will break more easily because of the the design, but I'm just more cautious about leaving it on the ironing board. (I have dogs and cats that knocked the last iron off a few times and finally it broke.) 12/09/2011
Love it! I'm a fanatic about properly pressed clothes, so I use my iron a lot. This one is great! It glides over the fabric so smoothly it hardly feels like I'm ironing. It steams better than any other iron I've owned. My daughter thinks it's funny looking -- it looks kind of like a space ship -- but it really does the job well. 12/08/2011
perfect iron!!! I did the research for a new iron and finally picked this one...based on several positive reviews!! it has far exceeded my expectations!! it heats up quckly, if you fill the water reservoir half way and iron a few things there is no need to empty is just gets used up!!! the vertical steam option works great! The range of fabric settings are just enough and it is easy to use and fill and it also irons forwards and backwards with ease due to the shape of the non stick sole plate! Great Value After the wife had her second Rowenta iron, in the past 5 years, fail, we opted to try this Panasonic. At first, she was not to optimistic, given the reasonable price of this iron...but after having 2 high dollar irons fail, she was willing to give it a try. After about a month, she is quite satisfied with this iron, and has put it through its paces...as she likes to do some quilting, and makes purses for family, and friends. She has quickly become a fan of the multi-direction sole plate, and says the steam/spray functions are excellent. While only time will tell if this unit will stand up to her usage over the long term, early indications are that this iron is worth every penny. 11/17/2011
