Very easy to put together. Husband has a bad back and uses the massage often. He's about 5'11" and fits comfortably in it. 12/27/2011
good recliner this recliner is very nice if you want one thats not too big and bulky. the massager is a little loud, but works fine for me because I really just wanted a comfortable mid size recliner. So it works for me. Its rocks good and the fabric is soft too. for the money its a great buy. 11/16/2011
had problems with this chair had this chair one day and the back vibrator quit working...called customer service and they went good for it and I got a replacement back...once I replaced the back of the chair the seat vibrator quit working...called customer service and had to send pictures...after sending pictures I was told there was nothing they could do...I had to return it to the store...yet another representive took my address information and said they will replace the seat..lets see what happens 11/13/2011
