Rated 1 out of 5 by EDM55 Good Luck I bought this pool last year, to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. The legs bent due to the weight along with the foot caps. The Skimmer is not powerful enough to keep water clean. I have been calling since April to get replacement parts and am told everytime I call they parts are out of stock. I have been told that they are on a boat on they way here, on an air plane and then told that when parts do come in they are on a first come first served basis. Basically meaning that I have to be lucky enough to call on a day they do arrive so that I might have them sent to me. Pool season is already under way and I still have no pool. I have been getting the run-around every time I call Poly Group. Save your money and buy something else. If you have an issue and the 90 period well they will refer you to the store/site in which you purchased it. Again, good luck with that. The bottom line is you will have wasted well earned money, not to mention hours of your life you will never get back trying to get help from these people. 05/31/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Jadansdede Huge pool for a great price I bought this pool 3 years ago thinking, if I get a year or two out of it, worth the price. It has been great, I added the salt water filter, and all I do each year is add the salt, with my water needs ph down and a very little algeacide . You must be sure your area is level due to the large size. I ran my saltwater 12 hrs a day and in the very hot days the pump 24. This year I upgraded the pump to a sand filter pump. It will pay for itself this summer due to I do not have to buy the filter cartridges. The new pump is awesome!!!!!!I live in the south, I do not take it down each year, just shut off water to the pump and cover. It is big enough my entire family of giants all fit in and we have wonderful times. 06/05/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by lovinlifeinmypool Good size pool without the price of an in-ground I bought this pool in 2011. This is the 2nd year we've had it up and it is a wonderful size for the money that I paid brand new. It was easy to set up, just make sure you have at least 3-4 people when you put the liner up with the pool. (Some to hold it up then some to pull the liner tight while setting up with poles. It's been pretty sturdy, as long as you make sure it is on level ground. The poles will last and not break easily as long as the pool is level and one side is not higher than the other. Make sure once you have the pool up, you pull the legs outward at the bottom a little, because if you leave them leaned in, that's when the presure from the wate in the pool will bend the legs and break. Thi can be avoided and you will have a good pool that wil last. Also, make sure if you store this pool for the winter, clean it before you put it away good and store away in safe place where as not to make any holes or splits in the pool.We actually found 2 little holes in the pool when we put it up for our second year and the patch kit that comes with it does not work well. GO to a pool supply plce and buy the cear patch kit that you can glue inside and out and if a hole appears, patch it on inside & out and do not touh the patch for a ful day once you apply and get all the water bubble out of the patch. Our's is holding well now. No issues. Also, the filter pump is ok fr a cheap pool, however, if you happen to have a little extra money, I would suggest buying a sand filter pump for it. It requires less maintenance, less changing and money spent on filters and will produce a lot more circulation and filtering than the original that came with it. I think it was $279 for this pump.Overall, I am very happy with this pool and the size and the price I paid, now that we have a sand filter pump. I don't regret the puchase at all! I couldn't be any happier unless I had an in-ground pool with somebody to maintain it for me.I completely reommend you buying this pool, but maybe with those few adjustments that I suggested if you want the best you can get ithout having an in-ground! 06/30/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by PJMail Stop selling this horrible product Unfortunately, I didnt do my research. This company tries to make their pool look like an Intex - which I thought I was getting. I have seen others have made the same mistake. The legs will bend on this pool immediately due to the liner continuing to stretch beyond the normal point. No luck at getting replacement legs from the company - they never ship. No luck getting a refund - you will be stuck with it like me. I either take it down and throw it away and loose $1200 plus the cost of water and chemicals or ride it out until it collapses. This product is a piece of junk - dont buy it. Google the product and you will see numerous others with the same issues and not resolution. 08/27/2012
