My only complaint would be that is a very low pile. We have hardwood floors and I was hoping it would be softer underfoot. I'm still in love with it. :) 01/30/2013

They are both very soft & hold up very well. I've had the cream one now for almost a year & it still looks great. It's in our family room, so it gets walked on a lot! We've had the chocolate one for about two weeks now. The color is darker than the picture, which was perfect! It's more of a dark chocolate. I love them both! Great value! 01/21/2013
