Not only do I feel like it improves how clean my teeth are, I actually had my hygienist ask if I had switched based on my gum health. It was a great compliment! I also have invisalign currently and I found that this brush definitely cleans the liners much more quickly and thoroughly than a manual brush.If you are still on the fence about trying out an electric toothbrush I would definitely recommend this as 1st purchase. 05/03/2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by BereniceM NOT a Sonicare! I bought this toothbrush and it had an issue right out of package, the battery indicator light did not work. I figured I would still give it a try before exchanging it to see if I liked it enough to go through the trouble. I am so glad I did!!! It was louder than my battery operated basic Oral-B toothbrush and the brush head bristles that came with it were a bit too hard. I didn't get the feeling that my teeth were any cleaner than w/my battery operated toothbrush either, and for the moneyI expected much more. Another issue I had was w/the brush head attachment, it tended to gather "gunk" at point where sat on main unit if you did not thoroughly rinse after use. (and I only had this for a few days!) I did like the quadrapacer feature (indicating that I should move to next part of mouth) and the for that reason alone, I gave this a "fair" rating. My dentist recommended a Sonicare, and rather than settle for a less expensive copy cat, I decided to return this product and go for the real deal. 02/18/2013
