- Steps For Proper Disinfection: In Order To Provide Appropriate Care For Your Lenses The Following Steps Must Be Completed Each Time You Remove Your Lenses. Do Not Skip Any Steps. Step 1 Cleaning: Rub Both Sides Of Your Lenses With Opti-Free Gp Multi-Purpose Solution. Be Sure To Clean Each Side Of The Lens. Step 2 Rinsing: Thoroughly Rinse With Opti-Free Gp Multi-Purpose Solution Or Another Rinsing Solution As Recommended By Your Eye Care Practitioner. Step 3 Conditioning & Storage: Place Each Lens In The Correct Side Of The Lens Storage Case, Then Fill Each Chamber With Fresh Opti-Free Gp Multi-Purpose Solution Completely Covering The Lenses. Close The Case Tightly. Store The Lenses In The Solution For At Least Four Hours Prior To Wearing Your Lenses. Before Wearing: Place Lenses Directly On Eyes From The Solution Or Place A Few Drops Of Opti-Free Gp Multi-Purpose Solution On The Lens For Extra Cushioning. See Package Insert For Instructions For Use And Important Safety Information. Always Follow Your Eye Care Professional's Instruction. GP is made for gas permeable contact lenses. It is the best product out there and I wish the manufacturer gave the product better support in the market. I have been wearing contact lenses for over 50 years and GP is the best product I have ever found for wetting and conditioning. I highly recommend it to all who wear gas permeable lenses. 04/23/2012
Good for rigid gas-permeable contact lenses This is a good, all-purpose solution for rigid gas-permeable contact lenses. I was hoping for a cleaning solution specifically, since Unique PH does the same thing, but it seems to fit the versatile bill anyway. It is an excellent value! 12/04/2011
